This event has been held every year since 1993 on March 4th on Sanshin Day. In addition to Ryukyuan classical music and Okinawan folk music being performed at the main venue, “Kagiya de Kaze” is performed every regular hour, and in addition to being broadcast live on RBCi radio (can be heard on radiko even outside the prefecture), it is also distributed on YouTube.
Thirty people are invited free of charge to view the venue for part 1 and part 3 only (apply with a round-trip postcard, must arrive on 2/13).
