“Motivation doesn't last” and “I want to continue but it stops” — this is not a question of “personality” or guts, and there are points that should be reviewed as a system of mind and behavior. In this seminar, from the viewpoint of cognitive behavioral therapy, I will clearly explain ways of thinking and tips for starting again without blaming oneself when stagnating. While incorporating it into a form that can be used in everyday life, we will prepare it together. For people who want to reduce procrastination and develop “the ability to keep going,” don't stay motivated, tend to fall into self-loathing, don't get fired up, want to adjust their state according to the mechanism, and on the other hand, have days when their bodies don't move. Careful explanations are given so that even beginners can understand · Learning is gently deepened in 2 hours through experience through work · Since it is a small group system, it is easy to check on the spot even if anxiety or questions arise. You can sort out the relationship between motivation and the brain/mind; you can understand how to set goals and structure actions that make it easy to switch viewpoints and continue in order to reduce restart and reduce self-loathing that makes it easier to return during times of stagnation.
