Miso is an ancient Japanese fermented food. Each person prepares 1 kilogram of miso using carefully selected soybeans, salt, and malted rice. This is an annual course to learn about the experience of making your own safe seasonings without additives and the topic of safe food, with the goal of reducing chemical seasonings by one from the dining table. Those who are new to making miso in this course will be given priority and selected by lottery.
