A laboratory is set up in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and Jamie Jiang (Jiang Zhou Ko), who is very popular among Taiwanese women as a cooking researcher and banquet chef, will come to Okinawa from Taiwan and hold a Taiwanese fermented cooking workshop.
