An unreleased new folk song contest held by Radio Okinawa for the purpose of developing and inheriting Okinawan folk music.
The submission deadline for works must arrive on 12/5 (Friday), and successful applicants (participants in the public screening) will be announced in late December.
36th New Song Awards 1st Screening Results
The first screening (sound source screening) of 52 works submitted for the “36th New Song Awards” hosted by Radio Okinawa was carried out. As a result of strict screening, the contestants for the final round (public screening) were decided as follows.
