Lecturer: Oshiro Sadatoshi (writer, poet)
A lecture will be held by Sadatoshi Oshiro, a writer and poet from within the prefecture who worked on works such as “Shiinogawa,” “Mountain Sabani,” and “Chimgrisa Okinawa 1945,” which won the Gushikawa City Literature Award. Does the concept of “Okinawan literature” hold true? While introducing writers and works that have been responsible for Okinawan post-war literature, I will think about their characteristics and appeal.
