The “Naha City SIB (Social Impact Bond)” is a new fund circulation system (outcome-linked subsidy) that creates collaborative activities leading to the achievement of SDGs within the region and aims to realize a sustainable community. It is an initiative of setting performance targets in advance with the subsidized organization and city, and encouraging citizens and companies to invest in raising funds for those activities, and Naha City has been proceeding since the 6th year of Reiwa. At this round table, we will encourage citizen participation through reports for this fiscal year and think about how to allocate and use money to achieve further results.
