Cast: Daiho Soga/Naoki Ishikawa

A stage performance incorporating images and photographs will be held by Oho Soga, the director and director of the performing arts group “Tailor's Circus”, and photographer Naoki Ishikawa. You can experience an art performance incorporating a tape recorder, flute, string instruments, recitation, light bulbs, and images and photographs, as if you were experiencing a long journey in a movie. Also, Ishikawa Naoki's photo exhibition “The Shape of a House” is being held from 12/28 (Sat) to 1/19 (Sun).

Note: The images used in this post are from the tailor's circus, and are different from the content of the current performance.

Daiho Soga
Multi-instrumentalist. Stage director. I like to improvise using everything from harmonicas, flute, cabaquinho, keyboard instruments, tape recorders, etc. In 1999, the jam band “CINEMA DUB MONKS” was formed in Okinawa, and they are active all over the world, such as Barcelona, Berlin, and New York. Since 2014, he has presided over the performing arts group “Tailor's Circus”. The performance, which advocates “social implementation of art,” and is created with diverse partners such as historians, cultural anthropologists, film directors, local governments, publishers, and art museums, has spread beyond theaters and into the education field and local communities.
