A talk show by Yukie Miyakuni, who is active as an international Chinese medicine practitioner and Ryukyu cuisine heritor.
The doctor of the Ryukyu royal family studied in China during the Qing dynasty under the order of King Shoko, and learned about Ryukyu's unique food culture from the food medicine book “Gozen Honzo” (Gyozen Honzo), which is said to have been written in 1833.
