A collaboration event between Lagoon KOZA and CA ADVANCE for students who are thinking about starting a business in the future and people who want to become managers. The speakers will talk about the differences and fun of running a large organization and starting your own business from the standpoint of each speaker.
●Facilitators
Taira Ryota
Lagoon KOZA Operations Officer/Diversity Facilitator. Born Naha City. While attending university, he was involved in setting up educational ventures, and after graduation, he served as an organizer for entrepreneurship development projects for young people. Since 2021, he has been working as a staff member for “Lagoon KOZA,” and since 2023, as a business manager, he has been involved in planning and management of over 300 startup consultations and over 100 entrepreneurship-related events per year.
●Special speakers
Oshiro Takuma
Executive Officer of CA Advance Co., Ltd. Born in Ginoza Village, Okinawa. After graduating from Meio University in 2017, he joined CA Advance Co., Ltd. as a new graduate. After joining the company, he engaged in setting up an operation/operation consulting organization in the internet advertising business. In September 2022, he became an executive officer of CA Advance.
Fukuhara Airi
CEO of Kizai Co., Ltd. Currently attending the University of the Ryukyus Faculty of International and Regional Development. Born in Uruma City. In 2021, he founded an agricultural venture. Genius Co., Ltd. was founded in 2024, and is currently working on businesses that create geniuses, such as production and education that specialize in enthusiasts, aiming for “a world where everyone pursues their own excitement.”
Sakihama Karin
Representative of Okaraokara Co., Ltd. Born in Nago City Okinawa. Graduated from the University of the Ryukyus Faculty of Humanities and Sociology. On the occasion of the business contest “Hult Prize,” which I participated in when I was in college, I came across an old loss problem arising from Shima Tofu Manufacturing, and started a business and activities in my fourth year at university. We are working on the development and sale of various products using okara.
