Tincture is made by extracting the components of centella asiatica, which is said to have the power to rejuvenate cells, into alcohol. We will introduce how to use tinctures that are treated as natural medicine in Europe, how to find and benefit centella asiatica, and how to make toners that do not use preservatives.

7/9 (Tue) Grass Cuisine (Grass Musubi and Calamushi Soup)
Combine “grass musubi” with nokaramushi soup, a member of the hemp family, and sprinkles made from summer grass.
