At the 500 Kame Memorial Hall, works related to the founding proponents of the museum, Ohara Soichiro and Sotomura Kichinosuke (first director of the Kurashiki Folk Crafts Museum), etc. are mainly exhibited, such as the fibers and manufacturing processes of Itobasho, and cotton kimonos made by Toshiko Taira during the Women's Stewardship Corps era.
