Cast: Rinken Band

The “Rinken Band” was formed in 1977 by leader TERUYA Rinken. A group that is pursuing a new style of music called “Okinawa pop” by skillfully fusing traditional Okinawan instruments such as Sanshin (Three-string guitar) and island drums with modern instruments such as drums, keyboards, and bass. Hayashi Ken writes and arranges all of the original songs, and when these poems are sung by diva UEHARA Tomoko, life is breathed into the songs.
