Okinawa's first Akutagawa Prize writer, who passed away in 2020, performed the song and dance drama “Shurijo Castle Monogatari,” announced as a project commemorating the 20th anniversary of Okinawa's return.

Synopsis: Time is the 18th century. Asaka Tamaki, a dance magistrate who received the order of the king, brings a young man who is good at dancing from Yamahara to Shuri in order to create a new performing art. It was Jiller who left a forgiveness marriage nabee in his hometown and worked hard at practicing in the castle, but he met Shidokin, a goddess from Miuchihara, and became attracted to each other. However, there was an unexpected ending waiting for the love of two people who were not on the road...
