Learn the taste of Indonesian households from an Indonesian instructor (Yayu/Okinawa resident 26 years). I also use rare Indonesian ingredients. Although it is online, you can get advice from instructors in a small group system.

The dishes we will learn this time are nasi gorenteri and sambal gorenteri (stir-fried niboshi). It is a pear gorenge with the image of red rice, but it is originally seasoned with only a fermented seasoning called torashi, and the color is not dark. Sambal gorenteri differs depending on the region, and this time we will make Javanese style niboshi stir-fry. Students will be asked to convey the materials and prepare them. Ingredients are only ingredients that can be easily obtained at supermarkets, so prepare them by themselves (material costs about a few hundred yen per person). Materials that are hard to get are sold at community halls (they can be purchased at Indonesian grocery stores and business supermarkets).
