Profile
Born in 1972 in Chatan town Zakari. She became familiar with folk songs under the influence of my grandmother since childhood, and when he was 12 years old, he woke up to music when he won a karaoke program in Okinawa. After amateur activities, he participated in the Ryuichi Sakamoto project “Okinawa Charns” in 1991. Major debut as a chorus of Diamantes in 93. After leaving Diamantes after 5 years, he formed Okinawan pop music unit “SAKARI” with Cannari. He is currently active as a vocalist and also as a solo singer, releasing an album produced by Toshio Sumimatsu.
