Profile
Born in 1976 in Miyara, Ishigaki Island, Okinawa Prefecture. He became familiar with folk songs from childhood due to the influence of relatives of folk songs singers. He won the gold award for the second consecutive year at the National Music Competition “Vocal Division” at a local choir in high school 2 and 3 years. He moved to Tokyo at the same time as he entered Musashino College of Music. After learning full-fledged vocal music, he started working as a solo artist.
