Born in Osaka on April 4, 1929. When he was 7 years old, he moved to Okinawa with his family. He was nicknamed Tellurin, a musician and a mandan. Together with ONAHA Maiten, he played the art around the camp immediately after the end of the war and brought laughter. The first record was released in 1955. In 1990, he declared the establishment of “Koza Independent Country” in Okinawa City and became president for life. His father was Hayashiyama TERUYA, a classical music teacher of the Nomura school, and his son was Rinken TERUYA Rinken band. He died from pneumonia on March 10, 2005.
