Profile
Born in Kasari Town, Amami City on July 12, 1979. A young singer of Amami folk songs. In 1998, the 19th Amami Folk Song Grand Prize won the newcomer award. In May 2003 the 24th “Amami Folk Song Grand Prize” tournament singing “Katoku Nabe Kanabetsu” and won the Grand Prize. Also active in the duo “Marika Mizuki” with Marika.
In July 2010, he announced “TSUGUMI” in the powerful unit “Mizuki Nakamura & Hashiken” with Hashiken, who is also Amami Tourism Ambassador.
