Born in Okinawa in February 1952. After graduating from high school, he studied contrabass under Noriki Akamatsu at Shobi Gakuen, and then went off. Begin activities in the US military camp. In the era of the legendary live house “JAZZ BOX” that was in Naha, Katsumi Watanabe (gt), Yosuke Yamashita (p), KARASHIMA Fumio (p), Kazutoki Umezu (as), Honda Takehiro (p) and many co-stars.
