Born on June 10, 1930 in Shinjo, Jobe Town, Miyakojima. I joined the Shinshiro Youth Association when I was 15 years old. He was in charge of singing and sanshin at a regional entertainment society since he was 20 years old. In the 1930's, he was active at the throat pride tournament in Miyako. The first record released in 1968 (LP with 8 songs) became the first record of Miyako folk songs after the war, following the record of Akirei Tomori before the war. On May 21, 2002, Victor released “Irabu Togany”.
