Profile
Born in 1975 in Amami Oshima Island. He started on stage at the age of 4 and won the 13th Japan Folk Song Grand Prix at the age of 15. Released his debut album “Voice of the Wind” in 93. In spring 2001, he participated in the image album of the animated film “Spirited Away” directed by Hayao Miyazaki (music: Joo Hisaishi). In the summer of the same year, the theme song of the megahit game software Final Fantasy X “Nice” recorded 150,000 sales.
