Profile
A comedy duo by Tani (left), a childhood friend from Shuri, Naha City, and Shugo Park (right). While in high school, they formed a duo under the name “Shamoji,” and began full-scale activities in 2003 after graduation. They belong to the local comedy group “Origin Corporation,” won the Okinawa comedy championships “1st O-1 Grand Prix” and “1st L-1 Grand Prix,” and have regularly appeared on the popular gourmet program “Chef Dowen no Masando” on Okinawa TV, and their ability has been highly praised in Okinawa prefecture.
He graduated from Origin in 2008 and moved his base of activities to Tokyo in 2009. Regular appearance on “Bulging Scrum” (Fuji TV series) in 2009/4. Currently, they belong to Maseki Entertainment, and in addition to live shows hosted by the office, they have also performed at many live shows and events at Okinawan food restaurant, etc. In addition to the duo, they are also active in joint live shows such as “Banmikasu” and “Yojamocan” between comedians from Okinawa.
The name of the duo was changed to “Hanjiro” from 2022/6.
