Profile
Born in Urasoe City, Okinawa Prefecture in 1985/1, raised in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture. From an early age, he became familiar with Okinawan folk music due to the influence of his parents and the Okinawa Kenjinkai, and after graduating from Kansai University, while working as a company worker, he studied Okinawa Sanshin in earnest in 2016 and began musical activities. Received a teacher's license and Grand Prix at the Ryukyu Folk Song Tradition Association's folk song competition in 2021.
In 2018, the CD album “Okinawa” packed with classic Okinawan music was released. They sing a wide range of songs, from pop music to pop songs, including Okinawan folk songs, with a clear singing voice.
