A second-generation Japanese Argentinian born in Argentina. Her father is a first-generation Japanese born in Okinawa prefecture, and her mother is a second-generation Japanese person whose parents are from Okinawa prefecture (100% Okinawan blood flows).

Since my grandparents are from Okinawa prefecture, I was familiar with Okinawan folk music and Japanese music since I was a child, and began singing enka at karaoke competitions held among Japanese Americans. He participated in the “NHK Throat Nodojiman amateur singing contest Argentina tournament held in 2001/10 and won the championship. At that time, I was scouted by the staff at the record company that accompanied Fuyumi Sakamoto. In 2002/3, he participated in the “NHK Throat Pride Champion Tournament” held at the NHK Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo as a representative of Argentina, and became the first overseas grand champion. He came to Japan in 2002 and debuted in 2003/8 with “It's an Ocean Where Even Orcs Don't Fly.”

In 2015/4, he moved to Victor and released the single “My Fishing Song,” which received support from people involved in the fishery industry and recorded over 50,000 hits. In 2016/4, she released a single “Island I Want to Meet” as a second-generation Japanese immigrant from Okinawa. In the fall of the same year, the original song “Sanshin (Three-string guitar) Kahori” was performed at the closing ceremony of the 6th World Uchinanchu Tournament. In 2017/3, the Okinawan themed album “Okinawa Kahori” was released.

They were appointed Churashima Okinawa Ambassador in 2014 and Nakijin Village Tourism Ambassador in 2016, respectively.
