Profile
Born in 1980, Amami Oshima Island. When I was a high school student, I was shocked by the appearance of a woman of the same age singing Amami shimauta (local music), and started Shima song by himself. Gentle voice with a sense of transparency and falset, and rare singing voice played from the cobushi turn of Shima song, released four CD of Shima song from indie. In 2000, he won the Japan Folk Song Association's Amami Federation tournament. He then expanded the width of the song to pop and debuted in March 2006 with the single “To each”.
