Founded in 1983 Focusing on the works and directing by the presiding director Yoji Sakate, he has a series of novel and ambitious new performances that combine high sociability and experimentation with rich expressiveness. Yoji Sakate has many works that are deeply related to Okinawa, such as “Proponent”, “War begins in my village - What people in Okinawa Yambaru and Takae try to protect”, “Futenma”, “Son of the Star”, etc.
