Iijima Kohei (vo/p/yokobue) and Seki Takahiro (vo/g/yokobue), who are also Japanese instrumentalists of “Matsuri Hayashi,” formed in 2000/4 with the aim of creating new music with Japanese instruments on POPS. Born Ibaraki Prefecture. In the mini album “Sparklers” released in 2004/8, they first appeared at 30th place on the Oricon chart. In the “Wakakusa Rhapsody” that followed, he first appeared 21st. In 2009, “Universal Music x Shinseido Joint Audition” CHANCE! Received the [Music Award] for “09”. A management agreement was signed with Think Bank Records Co., Ltd. in December of the same year. On 2010/6/24, the 1st album “My Name Is Kagura,” and the 2nd album “Rain Trilogy,” which is the first transfer, were released simultaneously. Nostalgic melody lines and delicate lyrics that value Japanese are gaining popularity from a wide range of generations.
