Born in 1973, Mr. Tsuda is a music musician and a media activist hailing from Tokyo. He taught from the Social Sciences Department of Waseda University, and was an adjunct journal of the journalism course at the Waseda University Graduate School of Political Science science. He chose the position of the board of directors for the Internet Active Users. He is also the radio navigator/jockey on Tuesdays for the Tokyo-based FM radio, J-WAVE's Programming of JAM THE WORLD. He wrote about his writings on issues in the field of IT, such as internet services, culture, and journalism, copyright issues, and writing on content writing. He is also involved in the circumstances and management of an internet news media, Natalie. Some of his major work includes a social entertainment title Twitter Shakairon (from Yosensha, Inc.), and a music ceremony on the future of music, Miraigata Survival Ongakuron (from Chuokoron-Shinsha, Inc.).
