Profile
Abbreviated name Monpachi. In 1998, three people, Seisaku Kamie (b/vo), Takashi Gima (g/vo), and Satoru Takari (dr/vo), formed while in high school. The 1st album “GO ON AS YOU ARE” was released nationwide in December 1999, limited to Okinawa, and April the following year. “MESSAGE,” released in September 2001, recorded a double million, and became a social phenomenon. On 2009/12/7, he succeeded in the first Budokan One Man. In addition to album production and tours, it has also received high praise for performing at large festivals around the country, collaborating with other artists, and providing songs. Celebrating the 15th anniversary of its formation in 2013, the first best album “800BEST — Simple is the BEST!! —” was announced.
Takashi Gima withdrew in July 2019.
