Contents
To commemorate the 140th anniversary of the birth of Takehisa Yumeji (1884-1934), a poet and painter representing Taisho romance, the “Yumeji TAKEHISA Exhibition” with a group of works carefully selected from the Yumeji Local Art Museum collection in Okayama will be held. An exhibition of about 130 diverse works, many of which will be shown for the first time in Okinawa, including the masterpiece “Amaryllis,” which was discovered in recent years, and the valuable oil painting “Naked Woman on the West Coast” drawn during her stay in the US, and the museum's representative works and new collections.
