The string ensemble “Ishida Gumi” is attracting attention for their spectacular live performances that go beyond the boundaries of classical music. The “Ishida Gumi,” which is an once-in-a-lifetime string orchestra organized by inviting top players from all over the country for each performance, has gained high support not only from classical fans but also from a wide range of music fans, with bold music selections that transcend genre barriers and performances full of enthusiasm for serious competition. The Nippon Budokan performance will be held in 2024/11, and 8,300 people will be mobilized when it is full. The momentum did not wane even after that, and in 2025, the album “Ishida Group 10th Anniversary 2024 Spring” won the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards Instrumental Album of the Year.
