The All-Ryukyu Music Festival (sponsored by Okinawa Times, Prefectural Music Education Study Group) was held in 1956, when Okinawa was still under the US military administration, for the purpose of improving emotional education and school music performance techniques, and this time (held on 2026/1/17), it will be the 71st time. The 1st tournament was held as an honoring competition for musicians representing Okinawa, and from the 3rd to the current elementary school to university, it is a music festival that gathers the best of school music from elementary schools to universities.
