Eighty years have passed “after the war,” and it is said that less than 10% of the citizens of the prefecture were born before the war. We invite entertainment performers and researchers to think about how regional performing arts, culture, and art, which have overcome a history of hardship and are still being passed on to the next generation in today's complex society.
