Sekiten Sairei (Sekiten Sairei) inherits a history of over 400 years and has been held as a national event of the Ryukyu Kingdom. This festival, which praises the achievements of Confucius and his disciples and conveys the spirit of valuing learning and virtue to the present, was once held as an official event of the royal family, and has laid the foundation for the culture of the Ryukyu Kingdom. A festival that solemnly protects and conveys traditions will be held again this year at the Kume Shisei Mausoleum.
