ART LAB OKINAWA is a creative project that discovers “new expressions of Okinawa” and aims to perform on stage. Prior to the opening of the stage screenplay contest (2026/1/31 application deadline) to be held for the 2026 stage adaptation, an explanation of the contest outline, a reference performance of “The Mermaid in the Blue Sea”, and a talk session with guests will be held. Anyone with an interest or interest in tradition and creation, stage/video production, theater, etc. can participate regardless of whether they have applied for the contest or not.
