Donations received from inside and outside the prefecture right after the fire that occurred before dawn on 2019/10/31 exceeded 6 billion yen as of the end of the 2024 fiscal year, and reconstruction is progressing along with the kindness of many people. Okinawa Prefecture utilizes donations received (Shuri Castle Reconstruction Fund), accumulates the thoughts and techniques of various people as restoration of burnt down castle facilities, etc., and is proceeding with the restoration of the main hall restoration process, and an overview of the progress will be explained.
