Among the 240 people mobilized by the Himeyuri Student Corps in the Battle of Okinawa, there were 15 students and 2 teachers from Yaeyama. In this exhibition, in addition to the movements and war experiences of the Himeyuri Student Corps as a whole, events and characteristic episodes related to students and teachers from Yaeyama will be introduced. The students left the island and lived their school life with hope in their hearts. Tell me the battle of Okinawa one by one.
