Tomokawa Kazuki
Born in 1950, from Akita Prefecture. A lone artist who is active not only as a poet and singer, but also as an actor and painter. He was discovered by Uzaki Ryudo in 1974 and debuted with the single “Kamigyo Situation.” In '77, he provided the song “The Person Who Hurries Into the Night” to Naomi Chiaki, and the same song garnered a huge response. As an actor, he appeared in documentary-style dramas such as “Wandering Away” and “Yumenoshima Girl” directed by NHK director Sasaki Shoichiro. Documentary films include “People Who Are Shameful No Matter Where You Put Them Out.”
