Classroom course on Okinawan plants. “Ryukyu Product History” was written in 1770 (late Edo period) by illustrating and explaining Ryukyu Arc plants. Explanations of the Chinese names of plants, Ryukyu soil names, and Chinese characters are attached to the brightly colored diagrams. Unravel what kind of plants were drawn, and what is currently happening with the plants that have appeared, with knowledge from field observations.
