If you do business in Hawaii (and other states in the US), you must complete a business registration form and submit it to the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA Hawaii). Most forms can be filled out online, but paper copies can also be submitted. There are two types of forms, an “application for an approval certificate for a foreign corporation” and an “application for name registration,” and it is necessary to fill them out in English. How to fill out these forms, and each person performs an online name search (relating to an application for name registration) in class using a smartphone or other device. Learn about Hawaii's general excise tax or sales tax (Japanese consumption tax), differences from Japanese consumption tax, and how to fill out bank checks in Hawaii and America.
