Through peace dramas created based on the testimonies of people who have experienced aging wars, this stage performance project inherits the thoughts of those who have experienced “war must never be started again,” and thinks together with the audience about what should be done to connect a peaceful society to the next generation.
[Synopsis]
Late stage of the Battle of Okinawa. A father and daughter have evacuated to Gama in Itoman in the southern part of the Okinawa main island, and they meet two men there. One was a teacher who sent his students to the battlefield, and the other was a plainclothes soldier (a soldier who disguised himself as a resident and fought) who hid his identity. The teacher implores his father to “kill myself with this gun.” While tension was running amidst the crow, the US military was approaching right in front of it.
