The Okinawa exhibition is held by Peace Aichi every year, with a focus on Irei-no-hi (War memorial day) on 6/23.
While the term “Taiwan emergency” is being actively discussed, possession of enemy base attack capability (counterattack capability) is clearly stated in the 3 security documents decided by the cabinet in 2022/12, and large-scale Japan-US joint integration exercises assuming an emergency are also carried out every year. As US military bases and Self-Defense Forces mainland bases are being strengthened and expanded not only in Okinawa, but also in Kyushu and Honshu, we will consider current issues along with Okinawa's progress so far.
