HOKAMA Moritomo (HOKAMA Moritomo)
Lives in Uruma City, Okinawa Prefecture. Majoring in social welfare studies at the University of the Ryukyus. After graduation, I studied abroad in Montreal, Canada for 2 years and learned French. In 2018, he won the 5th Japan Chanson Canzone Promotion Association Competition and National Tournament. Currently, they run a day service incorporating music therapy, and sing nursery rhymes and songs with elderly users every day. From 2020 to the present, they have collaborated with Kobe's NP0 group and the Human Vision Association, and “Yui Concerts” where participants interact through songs have been held in Naha, Kobe, Kyoto, Matsue, Tottori, and Kurashiki, creating many encounters. Furthermore, in 2024/6, they performed a concert for 2 consecutive days in Ginza, Tokyo, and in 2025/3, they performed at their first dinner show in Kobe, and sang works by famous modern and contemporary Okinawan composers such as works by Miyara Nagakane, Fukuhara Tsuneyu, and Shimabukuro Masao, and were well received.
