Since the Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts of Art and the National Taiwan University of the Arts signed an academic exchange agreement in 2016/7, they have continued various academic exchanges, such as student exchanges, exchanges between faculty members, academic forums, lectures and workshops, etc., starting with the 2017 commemorative exchange exhibition and 2019 joint concert. This time, we will once again welcome faculty and students from the National Taiwan University of the Arts Department of Chinese Music and hold an exchange concert with students majoring in Ryukyu performing arts. A wide repertoire of koto will be shown by the Taiwan Performing Arts Orchestra.
