“Toko Illya” is a ballet performance project centered around Reiki Midorima, a ballet artist from Naha City, Okinawa Prefecture. They create ballet works based on the deep philosophy of “truth, goodness, beauty, and love,” which is common to dance expressions such as ballet, Ryukyu dance, Noh, ancient Japanese dance, and gagaku, etc., and set dance works that create new values and the establishment of a new dance identity originating in Japan as major themes, and are pursuing continuous creation.

This time, the ballet “Bizetin: The Story of the Seven Stars”, which premiered in October 2024 in Okinawa, will be performed. A ballet adaptation of the secret story of the birth of Yamato Takeru's sword, played by the legends of the North Star and the Big Dipper.
