As part of improving the environment for women's active participation, Okinawa Prefecture has implemented a declaration “Woman Chu Support Declaration” to support the power of women by leaders in various fields within the prefecture in order to promote organizational and social awareness reform. In the 6th year of Reiwa, the “Woman Support Declaration Dissemination Symposium” will be held on the theme “Future Growth of People and Companies Growing Through Diversity.”
