A course where you can experience Indonesian gamelan music. Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts has gamelan circles on the two islands of Java and Bali, and although they look similar, the music is completely different. You can learn the differences between the two types of music. Each course has a capacity of 15 people each time, and all courses are completed once.

Bali gamelan
2 courses for elementary to high school students and one for high school students and above

Javan gamelan
2 courses, one for beginners and one for those with Gamelan experience

This course is for people who have touched Javan gamelan at least once.
Those with experience in hitting and the basics can go a little further and learn about the world of Javan gamelan.
