This short film was selected in a public call for “community-based film” projects that convey the appeal of the region. Director Azumori Aika from this island depicts the story of horses and people living in Yonaguni Town, Okinawa Prefecture, which is the westernmost point in Japan. After the screening, stage greetings were also given by the director.
(Synopsis) Jun-nei, who helps the Yonaguni horse farm run by her father Takeshi, is worried about not being able to communicate with horses like her father, but she feels the warmth of the Yonaguni language from her mother, whom she broke up with when she was young, and faces horses.
