Statement
Hints may be hidden to notice what is important only in the casual nature of life.
Learn to “live” and “die” from nature. Kaori, which exudes the preciousness, weight, and heat of life, expresses “the goodness of life (sense of emptiness).”
“Life and death are the same” means that life and death cannot be separated. Therefore, life and death are one.
Every single life is precious.
And the outside world (Brahman) and a person's inner world (Atman) are connected in the same way.
Thinking about yourself means thinking about the world, and if the world hurts, you're also hurting yourself.
I want to think about “mutual aid” throughout my life in order not to let the pain go away.
Takada Yoko
Born in 1979 in Sapporo, Hokkaido Prefecture
Graduated from Tohoku University of Art and Design, Faculty of Art, Department of Fine Arts in 2003/3
Graduated from Okinawa Prefectural University of Art, Faculty of Arts and Crafts as a graduate student in 2004/3
Completed Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts Graduate School in 2006/3
Currently working in Ginowan, Okinawa Prefecture
